  • Examines patients and establishes diagnoses by patient history, physical examination, and other criteria. Orders, performs, and interprets laboratory, radiographic, and other diagnostic tests. 
  • Identifies, develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care for the patient to promote, maintain and restore health.
  • Offers counseling and education to meet patient needs.
  • Prescribes, dispenses, and administers medication according to applicable Federal and State statutes, rules, and regulations.
  • Refers and consults with appropriate health care providers.



  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assisting
  • Ability to obtain or have a current license in good standing to practice in Arizona
