Position:   Licensed Nursing Assistant Extern – Certified (Acute Rehab) / Therapy Services


Hours/Shift: Full Time/Nights


Minimum Requirements:

Education: Must be at least 16 years of age, actively attending high school and/or enrolled in the Cooperative Education Training program.



  • Current BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
  • Current valid Arizona LNA License


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for attending to the daily living and safety needs of an assigned group of patients. Assist licensed nursing personnel in the care of patients by performing various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services.
